We hope we [Citizens For A Better Veterans Home] are wrong on our attempts at association with RINO 'Communications Company owner' and Grandview City Council Member Mike Ferguson.

Mike is a former Libertarian Party official with numerous membership on do little, do nothing committees with state Libertarians. He, as a self proclaimed 'fiscal conservative' switched his partisan affiliation to the GOP.

Well he never said one word to us or any one else about County Democratic Party chair and Hickman's Mill School District Number One [Ruskin and Hickman's Mills High Schools] Chair Mims and the squandering of a QUARTER OF A MILLION DOLLARS on the totally unnecessary artsy fartsy ART FENCE around my alma mater [Ruskin]! Fiscal conservative ???? The guy lives with in walking distance of the school district! Huh!

Same with the worst big town mayor since Jerry Springer. Not one word on Democrazy Mark Funkytown and Mrs Mayor! Hello, Mike, Hello!

Support this do nothing dude at your own risk. After a couple of years we are pretty much done with his inactivity.

2010: ABF! Anyone But Ferguson! [He claims to be a collegiate 'Communications Major' ---- yeah, right, sure ........]

I just wanted to take a moment and say what a wonderful time I had at the last C-5 Meeting. I was impressed by the fellowship and the quality of people attending. As a member I hope that the future of this organization brings with it a time of Christians networking and having influence in what goes on in Topeka. I'm looking forward to our next meeting.
